Shipping and Delivery

All orders made before 3pm (UK) on business days will be packaged and dispatched the same day.  This may change during sale and promotion/holiday periods. During these times, we still aim to dispatch majority of customer orders the same day but we cannot guarantee this for all orders.

Non-EU and International Orders

If you reside outside of the UK or EU, import duties or local customs may be charged against your parcel once it reaches your destination. Such charges and any other potential clearance fees will be the responsibility of the recipients residing outside of the UK or EU.
